4. Affiliate Restrictions

  4.2 Brand Reputation
  Affiliates must not damage the reputation or goodwill of BangladeshSharee.com. Any actions that reflect negatively on the brand will result in termination from the affiliate program.

5. Termination of Affiliate Relationship

5.1 Termination by Affiliate
Affiliates may opt out of the program at any time by notifying BangladeshSharee.com. All pending commissions due will be paid according to the payment terms.

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or harms the reputation of BangladeshSharee.com. In such cases, pending commissions will not be paid.
5.3 Account Inactivity
Affiliates who do not generate any sales for an extended period (e.g., 6 months) may be removed from the program.

6. Affiliate Tracking and Reporting

Affiliates will have access to an affiliate dashboard where they can track their referrals, clicks, and commissions.
6.2 Accuracy of Tracking
We are committed to providing accurate tracking, but we are not liable for any discrepancies in tracking due to third-party services, technical issues, or network outages.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Platform Functionality
While we strive for a smooth experience, BangladeshSharee.com is not liable for any technical issues that may affect the affiliate program.
7.2 Affiliate Income
We do not guarantee a specific level of earnings for affiliates. Earnings will depend on the affiliate's efforts, traffic, and sales generated.

Affiliates agree to keep all sensitive information, such as affiliate dashboard details and promotional strategies, confidential.

Affiliates must comply with applicable data protection regulations when handling personal information of customers or potential customers referred by them.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Applicable Law
This Affiliate Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, it will be resolved through mutual negotiation. If not resolved, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
